"Ajaýyp Bina" economic society was founded in 2006. Since 2017, the business company began its activities in the field of textile production by acquiring a cotton spinning mill in the city of Tejen, Ahal velayat, with a capacity of 3,500 tons per year of Ring and Open End cotton yarn.
Operational since 2021, the twisted yarn production workshop located in the industrial zone near Ashgabat has an annual capacity of 1,000 tons and is outfitted with state-of-the-art European equipment from SSM and Saurer.
Also, today, the construction of a new cotton spinning mill in the suburbs of Ashgabat with a total capacity of 14,000 tons per year of Ring and Open End cotton yarn was completed.
In April of 2025, the first phase of the factory for the production of Open End cotton yarn for weaving and knitting applications was commissioned. The factory is equipped with the latest German machinery from the companies Trützschler and Saurer. Its laboratory is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment from USTER (Switzerland) and Mesdan (Italy) for measuring the physical and mechanical properties of the yarn. The raw materials used for yarn production are environmentally friendly, grown and processed on the privately owned fields of the "Ajaýyp Bina" company. Taking all of the above into account, the factory is currently capable of producing Open End cotton yarn of various counts for both weaving and knitting industries.

Transportation
Finished products from factories are loaded into specially equipped vehicles for transportation to any point in the country at the customer's request. Transportation is carried out on Swedish Volvo trucks, which ensure reliability and a guarantee of cargo delivery intact and on time.
