The Economic society "Ajayyp Bina" is one of the leaders, dynamically developing enterprises working in sphere of rendering of services and civil and erection works, and also a territory improvement.
The business company "Ajaýyp Bina" was founded on August 26, 2006 and began its activities in September. By order of the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, the business company "Ajaýyp Bina" on the basis of its activities created its own business, created new jobs, intending to use in its activities the products of Turkmen production in construction and installation works.
The business company "Ajayip Bina" produces building structures and products from aluminum and aluminum alloys, windows, doors, stained glass, concrete wall blocks from polyvinyl chloride, which meet state standards, on its own basis.
The basic lines of activity of the enterprise are:
- The general building of buildings in height to 5 floors;
- Installation-building, repair-building works apartments, apartment houses, garages, summer cottage and other buildings;
- Building of civil engineering constructions (the device of external systems and internal systems of engineering communications);
- Construction of roads (III-IY categories);
- Manufacture of window, door blocks and stained-glass windows from a polyvinylchloride profile;
- Manufacture wall blocks;
- Lease of building technics.
Agriculture
The “Ajayyp Bina” group of companies owns more than 6,500 hectares of land, of which 4,200 hectares have currently been developed and transferred for sowing cotton.

Textile production
“Ajayyp Bina” ES plans to continue the development of textile production, expanding the processing of cotton yarn into fabric and finished garments. This is aimed at increasing the country’s export potential, as well as providing the domestic market with high-quality textile goods.
Since 2017, the business company began its activities in the field of textile production by acquiring a cotton spinning mill in the city of Tejen, Ahal velayat, with a capacity of 3,500 tons per year of Ring and Open End cotton yarn.
Operational since 2021, the twisted yarn production workshop located in the industrial zone near Ashgabat has an annual capacity of 1,000 tons and is outfitted with state-of-the-art European equipment from SSM and Saurer.
